OUCH!!!So, this guys expression does not in any way, shape, or form, illustrate how I am feeling. I seriously think everyone of these muscles, plus more in the back (if you know what I mean) are in agony. I have been going to this class at the YMCA on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it is killing me. I was so sore after Tuesday that I should have reconsidred my attendance today. I guess Ben is going to have to carry Heber up the stairs to bed for the next few nights!

There is no way I will let you or Jen drop out. I'm still loving your blog and I'm glad that you've already posted again. I hope everyone else is enjoying it as much as I am!
I hate to be the comment hog but I just left my comment and went back to your blog and a song by Chris Ledoux was on there and it is the song that Kylan played for me right after he proposed. AHHHHH!
That'll teach you to exercise! If you choose not to exercise you get to enjoy the painless days of reckless engorgement as your body doubles and triples in size. Just look at me. :D
